ARES Simulated Emergency Test

Joe, N1ESB wrote in to let us know about the following event:


The Delaware County ARES Simulated Emergency Test is scheduled to start about 3pm this Saturday (10/6/12) and will last for about 5 hours. It is recommended that all participants have the following frequencies pre-programmed into their radios (if they haven't done so already):

1: 441.825+(110.9 PL)      3: 444.675+(100.0 PL)
2: 441.700+(127.3 PL)          4: 446.100 simplex




This follows the recommended Delaware County ARES UHF programming template which can be found here: http://www.w9yfd.org/ARES_files/HT1250.pdf

The 146.490 simplex ARES VHF frequency may be utilized as well.

The primary frequency for the event will be the 441.825 repeater, listed above.
