DMR radio links and resources

MD380 tools link to the md380 tools github page to download vm that will load contacts and firmware to radio.

Once the UV380 cps is installed you will load the application and then go four columns to the right and the second option down once selected will change the language to English.

After loading codeplugs you need to change the radio name and the DMR id number to the name you want and the id assigined to you by radioid.net.
